My career has been one that has revolved around helping people. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with an education degree and have been blessed to experience a variety of roles within this field - consisting of teaching, leading, presenting, and working with complex issues. Being successful in the field of education requires flexibility, creativity, listening, identifying needs, communicating, and problem solving. I have loved it all! Having moved extensively around the state of North Carolina, in Atlanta, Georgia, and within the city of Charlotte, has afforded me the opportunity to gain lots of experience with various types of housing! Over the years, our family has experienced single-family living, as well as townhouse, condo, and apartment living. This has given me vast experience as a seller and a buyer, an ever-growing knowledge of the real estate market, an eye for detail, and I met my husband at UNC-CH. We have been married for over thirty years and have twin sons that graduated from UNC-CH, as well. (GO HEELS!) We are extremely blessed that both boys live and work in Charlotte. In my free time I love spending time with my family and friends, training our new puppy, volunteering with rescues, heading to the mountains, enjoying outside activities, and attending sporting events.
